As the official UK Importer and Distributor of Terasic development boards we are able to supply products directly to business users as well as the research and education sectors throughout the European Union. We are happy to work closely with supply chain management and procurement organistations when purchases through an approved supplier are required.
Dino-Lite Reseller Network
The Dino-Lite branded products are available both direct and through our extensive reseller network. We work very closely with our resellers to ensure that they offer their target market the most appropriate product selection and to equip them with the necessary knowledge to offer excellent pre and post sales support.

The Order Process
Products can be ordered by the following methods:
- Online - Simply click the "Add To Cart" buttons to add products to your shopping cart and click the "View Cart" link at the top of the page to view your cart and checkout. Online purchases are currently handled by PayPal who provide a secure order handling system. We are not provided with your credit card details at any time during the transaction. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay using this method simply select the "Use your credit card ... Continue" link at the checkout stage.
- Via Email - Send your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and state what you would like to order, your business name, address and contact telephone number. If your business is located in another EU member state please also provide your VAT registration number with country code.
- By Phone - Call us on +44 (0)845 056 0820 and ask to speak to a member of the sales team.
If you are located outside of the UK, or wish to place a volume order, please order by phone or email rather than using our online shop to ensure that the correct delivery charge is applied.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you an order acknowledgement email to confirm that your order has been received. This email does not indicate acceptance of your order.
We aim to hold good stock levels but if you should happen to order an item which is out of stock we will inform you of this in the order acknowledgement email and provide you with an estimated date of availability.
Your order acknowledgement email will contain a summary of your order as well as information on how to pay for your order. If required we can raise a Pro-Forma invoice at this stage.
When all the items you have ordered are in stock and we have received full payment we will dispatch your order. At this time we will send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have accepted your order and contains the final details of your order including an estimated delivery date.
We can accept payment by bank transfer, most major credit cards, company cheque (UK only) and PayPal.
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receipt of full payment (subject to stock availability) and where possible we dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day.
Mainland UK orders are sent by UPS courier which offers a next day delivery service to most areas. Orders under 2Kg may also be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery as appropriate.
Orders for delivery outside of the UK are sent using Royal Mail International Signed-for (this is a registered airmail service and as such is not time guaranteed) or International courier service. The shipping method, delivery terms and final shipping costs will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement. Standard shipping terms for all non-UK orders are FCA (sellers premises) incoterms 2000.
A signature will generally be required on delivery for all orders.
Our standard UK delivery charge of £9.95 (ex. VAT) covers delivery to most of mainland UK up to a maximum weight of 20kg. Larger orders, and those that are to be delivered outside of mainland UK, may be subject to additional charges.
Returns (Business Customers) - As a business to business seller we do not sell products on a trial basis. All returns must be authorized and there is normally a restocking fee for any returns which we agree to process. Please see our standard terms and conditions of sale for full details. Returns (Non-Business Customers) - If you notify us that you are ordering as a "Consumer", and we choose to accept your order, we will provide a 7 day cooling off period as required by the UK distance selling regulations. In this case you shall have 7 days from the date of delivery in which to cancel your order and receive a refund for the cost of the goods. To exercise this right you must notify us by email or phone and within 7 days of delivery of the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return them to us in the original packaging at your own expense. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us and for this reason we advise that you use a secure delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
